Why does the 1997-S Kennedy command a higher price?

It mintage is not significantly different thany any other 90's Kennedys, so why the higher price? If its a simple as supply and demand, then why is the demand greater for this particular coin in relation to others in the series?

Demand? Don't know why. Mintage is practically the same. The price just shocks me. Don't really know why it's that way it just is

  • PCGS pops are low in PR69DCAM. for 1997-S (clad and silver).

I'm not sure but I think the clad '97-S has the lowest pop of all proof Kennedys from 1977- .
