having problems ordering online

I am having problems ordering online from the BBC Kids website. For the past week or more I have went in and tried to order something from his website but I only get to Delivery information which is already in the sysytem anyway. When I click continue it loads and is still on delivery info. I thought it may be something wrong with the system but now a week or more has gone by and it is doing the same thing. I E-mailed them and got no response, they may be at the Chicago show. Has anyone got any idea what is wrong with BBC Kids site, have any of you had problems? Am I doing something wrong?
