How common are proof-like large cents? PICTURES ADDED.

Picked up an 1852 Large cent in 65 RB with a great strike, clean surfaces, and color. When the coin is rotated the mirrored fields light up with a deep reflective orange color. If not for a few weak stars I would swear the coin was a proof. I have seen a lot of large cents, but have never seen a PL one before. So, how common is this?

Bustman, I see approximately 2 per year or so, on average - they are quite scarce and impressive looking.

As I suspected, it has been quite difficult to get a shot of the coin that shows the mirrors. I did my best but I still had to show it in two different ways to give you the over all feel. The pics still do not show just how mirrored the fields really are.
