Is this a counterfeit SGC holder?

SGC 88 = SGC 7.5 NM+ ?????


I thought SGC 86 is NM+ and SGC 88 is NM-MT.

Did someone tamper with this SGC holder?

    I don't know if it's counterfeit but according to SGC an 88 is NM-MT 8. Maybe that's an old flip and the scale changed over time. image
