This has to be... like... a record for me or something....

Man, I havent bought a coin in about three weeks. Not only that, I dont even want to buy something. I look at the stack of money and look at potential purchases and think, "I'd rather have the money." Dang. This is troubling. Maybe in my addiction I'm developing a resistance.

The horror. The horror.

Nothin' wrong with a little sanity intruding into your madness now and then.

Just don't overdo it, or you'll end up as one of those "normal" people. THAT would be a fate worse than death. image

The problem is you went away from Lincolns. I prescribe a healthy dose of MS66RD's image

I've still got a few. You should see my 54-P and 49-P! I kept them b/c I didnt think I could find nicer examples.... just for when I go back to the set. Dont think I havent thought about going back to Lincolns. The problem is that I would try to out-do my last set. And darn it, that would be EXPENCIVE!!!

No No No...You meant to say... for when I'm ready to sell them to haletj...image

All kidding aside, I actually am thinking of doing the short set coins in pcgs now, or actually completing the entire registry set. I sent 10 of my best Lincoln Memorials in to pcgs too.

    haletj,

I'm sure there will come a time when I'm going to sell completely out. I suspect my coins will subsidise my retirment. That's just thirty years away image.

Actually, I am working on buying some land right now. It's gonna cost me about what I have in coins if I get it. I might need to let a few coins go if I do. image

Good luck with your submissions. I just got a 31-S back from PCGS. Not pleased. Darn it, the sucker's gonna go in a 66RD holder one of these days. If only you could see it...

    Chris,

It is. I can honestly say that it's nicer than 6 of 7 PCGS 66RD's for that date that I've seen in person
