    Wayne,

I am 100% certain your emails are fraud. Any email that asks you to click on a link so that you can log in should be treated with suspicion.

If the message relates to your PayPal account, forward it to spoof@paypal.com

If the message relates to your PayPal account, forward it to spoof@ebay.com

After that, you are done and can delete the message.

    I agree - 100% scam emails.

To begin with, eBay and Paypal will address you by name - not as User.
They will also not include a link for you to use but will direct you to go to their home page.

  • Definite scam - never click on the links in those things because most of them will install key-grabber spyware on your computer that will track the keys/sites/etc that use on the internet.

I get 2-3 a week (more when I list items to sell on the bay) - just forward them to ebay or paypal and delete them.
