Bummer. Of course an 8 of that card is no disappointment. Is it solid enough to resubmit? I just got back a '69 Niekro in a 9. I had submitted it a few years ago and forgot to wipe off the wax on the front. It received an 8ST at that time. I finally got around to cracking it and resubmitting. I was expecting a straight 8 and was surprised to get a 9. With the upside for a PSA 9 Brock, it may be worth another try.

Mostly centering. 9 times out of 10, that card is significantly OC.

I already had a few PSA 10's sold on the Buy it Now. I guess I'm reasonable with it.
