Orientation shouldn't matter for the grade.
You can ask HRH in the Q&A though to be certain.

I would think if you are going to give it a perfect grade it should be perfect. Especially on a proof. That is my opion only don't know what PCGS would do.

Agreed.

If it is rotated signifcantly (i.e. 90%) you would have a perfect rotation error!!
