I don't get GAI pack grades

How this pack got a 7.5 is beyond me.

Munsters Pack


I have a few GAI packs and overall condition seems to have very little to do with the grade. Anyone have any insight?

    I always thought centering had a lot to do with it, but looking at that pack, I was wrong. Also, is that a tear in the upper right corner?

    Wow, I have no idea how it made that grade either.

    Hey, maybe someone was in training? or just in a great mood?

    Do you have any unusual packs you would like to scan and share?

    That pack is so lopsided too that it doesn't even fit in the holder right. Maybe it was part of the grader's personal collection...

    Wow, 3.5 might be a better grade. Wonder if it was pre- or post- Murphy era GAI.

    Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's
