    Never had a problem.

    My dad has been trying to get ahold of them since sunday when his other grandson was struck by a car and is in critical condition, but expected to survive. Dad ordered some coins but hadnt received them for the grandson.
    Numerous emails have gone unanswered and voice mail unanswered. My Dad is a little ticked.
