NGC or ANACS? MS62 or MS64? Or just $10 down the drain?

This just arrived in the mail. Seller was good to their word. It's not suckworthy, but prolly worth more than the $5.99 plus shipping I paid fer it:

    Maybe he had sold an ANACS MS62 and had copied that auction and forgot to edit all of it.
