I submit my mother-in-law's heavily bag-marked $10 Liberty gold piece which has been sitting in a jewlery box for 30 years and get this back:
LINE # CERT # COIN DATE DENOMINATION VARIETY COUNTRY GRADE
1 21921253 1897 $10 USA MS63
The coin looked like a sure-fire 61 to me which I was slabbing for her only as a favor.

It looks like PCGS compounded the favor.
Whatever happened to the gold coins you submitted for you employees. Did you get them graded?

The 1849-D $1 came back PXGS XF45, and the $3 is en route to NCS at the moment to have some red spots (apparently remnants from being stored in a red leather pouch for a hundred years) removed.

I wish my mother-in-law had $10 eagles lying around!
Mine got clobbered, his came out smellin' like roses.
