Possible bogus ebay auction

Need help determining if this seller has bogus auctions.
He has a 1917-d and 1918-d mercury dime auctions with the same perfect reverse MS65++FB photos.
He also has some netural and neg comments about switching coins.
These are the two auctions:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=41091&item=3961941229&rd=1

I don't know how to report this to ebay
thanks,
Larry

    Larry,

I saw those also -- kind of blatant, huh. The reverse of both coins is the same. I think all the images this seller has are just lifted from somewhere else, who knows where. It is amazing that people actually bid on stuff like that (although who knows it could be shills).

Does look like the same reverse pic for both auctions...

Wow, look at that feedback. Only 67 with 1 neutral and two different negs. Everyone of them for not shipping the item pictured. image
