I can tell you these types of cards are in PSA holders.
Also, if you look at the back of the cards, you can see two variations with the football containing the card #161. One of them has a very dark background in the football, so the number "161" is difficult to read. The other, the background is much much lighter, and the card number stands out well. Both of these types have different sheet letter designations on them. I forget exactly what letters, but one might be "E" and the other "D".
All of the cards I ever pulled from packs have the dark background. The lighter versions may be from vending and factory sets.
Forget the stripes, look at the sloppy edges. It looks like someone cut it using a bent ruler. It kind of looks like a very badly hand-cut card from a sheet.

look at the left and right borders. The white stripes are all different lengths. First I thought it was because the card wasn't laying flat when scanned but then the right edge...fuhgehdaboudit! That's the worst knife job I've ever seen.
