My buffalos arrived today from the mint !!

I came home from work and saw this box, I opened it and in it was a packing slip from the Mint !!. 4 flat sealed boxes w/2 rolls each in them. I carefully opened one of the boxes and wanted to see the Buffalo side of the coin...Wouldn't you know they packed them w/the Buffalos down so the obverse is on both ends of the roll. I put them back in the box and taped it shut and put them away.
At least I got therm so quick..They were suuposed to be back ordered until 3/15/05.

So, I called today and was told "your order is over $300 so it waits to clear for a week before being processed".
That's my bad for trying to wait and combine multiple things together.....morons!

I'm using a frigging credit card and they can confirm all the info. Not like it is $3000000 worth of stuff

Got my first order of 5 sets today and all were the same. Hoping my sencond sipppment of 5 are not. Thought I was smokin drugs when I got them. Guess not.

Yeah mine still has a "problem processing order" thing too. And gil that H/H thing really sucks. I had that happen to me too with the westward journey nickels. Boy was I mad. I had opened it for nothing

I just ordered a bunch of sets too. I'm going to be determined to try and make mine the "last unopened mint rolls". I don't care if my great grandkids have to have them and not open them to pull it off. It would be neat to someday have an unopened mint product that at that point in time is near unheard of

My 2nd order said same thing - called them last wk. and they told me to call back this wk.. Called yesterday - told her I already called one and what's the dang deal ........ she said she would 'release' them immediately. For some reason they are holding the larger orders. Just keep calling them back and ask them when they will release your order.

I think they do this so it will give them more time to roll more up to ship out due to large demand at onset???
Who knows ......... anyway, just checked and it FINALLY says 'order in process' vs. problem with order. Doesn't say backordered, so maybe I will have in time for my bday - not going to open ANY of them - not even the white boxes. Maybe not even the big box.

Wow! I don't feel so alone anymore! I have the same problem. What really sucks is when I checked my card out, they had already approved the dam funding sooooo, what's taking the fulfillment center so long in sending me my stuff

I think all you'll have to wait to find out that question is... will the mint continue to package these coins for the full run, or are they completely sold out and not making anymore...

The 2004 Peace Nickel Rolls from the P mint are already 4-5X issue price... how much more you want? 10X probably wont happen for a while, if ever in our lifetimes.

However, make a MS68 and the world is your oyster.
