Is anyone else having trouble getting logged into ANR's website to bid?

I have not been able to get into their site for the last few days to either bid or otherwise check on my bids. Is it a problem at ANR's end or with me?

Longacre: You are correct, ANR was having trouble. I could not log on yesterday. But, apparently it's been fixed, as I was able to log on today.

There have been some AOL users who cannot seem to log on. It seems since they updated their security settings and anti-virus thingies (getting technical here) that AOL is blocking some necessary cookies from our site that prevents them from logging in. Our internet gurus are aware of the glitch and are working on it. There may be some adjustment to the security level of AOL (like on Explorer) that allows our site to function fully.
In the meantime, some AOL users have gotten out of AOL and gone through Internet Explorer or Safari or whatever and had no problems after that switch in browser.
The other handful of people who couldn't log on and have called today simply forgot their passwords!
Also- a reminder that Mac users should use Safari.
