Hello everyone, this is my first time posting in the World Coin Forum.
Can anyone tell me anything about this cent. Is it fairly common?, Were
there proofs struck of this type? The surfaces on my coin seem prooflike,
but I'm not sure if that means anything. Thanks in advance.
