silver content question

If someone has a krause handy can you tell me of the following coin has any silver content

Panama 1966
VN Decimo de balboa

I found a bunch of them in one of my junk boxes and couldn't find any info by searching google.

1966 1/10 Balboa Cu-Ni. 1961 and before are silver.

Thanks, They have some wacky rainbow toning on them, that is why I thought they may have been silver. Must be the way they have been stored that caused the toning.
