Superior doesn't claim that the vending cases are factory sealed, just "unsearched." Since I don't buy vending cases, I don't know how to guarantee they are unsearched if they're not sealed. Don't they have to just take the word of whoever consigned them?

agreed thats one heck of a risk, now if GAI had graded it unopened well thats another story, I cant figure out why Superior wouldnt just get that done, it would def raise the bar on the item.

May have been an innocent mistake. I went into Superior's auction on your link, looked around and might have bid on something if I felt like it. Instead, I thought, well hey, maybe I'll just register and look again later. When I pulled up the registration page, it said you needed to be registered to even VIEW the lots! I couldn't figure out how it was that I was viewing lots without registering until you posted your thread about baseball cards.

Fortunately, I didn't try bidding on anything, but if I had, it prolly would have gone through and you would have been notified!!!!

Seriously, chances are the bids placed in your name were innocently done and somebody is thinking they're bidding on an auction. Can you get a hold of them?

I sent them an email before I knew it was because of the link I posted here. I'm just going to call them and try to explain it. Hopefully they'll understand.

Also I hope your right about the innocent mistake, but nine good bids at once, I don't know?

Im thinking it was an honest mistake, however it is quite possible that it was done by some troll. in any event call them and have them change your id number cuz if it was done maliciousley that person could still have the log in info?

update:

another member pm'd me saying he bid on items and noticed my two hockey bids in with his baseball lots. Appears this was an honest mistake which I caused by posting that vending box link.

hopefully Superior will fix tomorrow

oh, they suck, their authentication means nothing to me. The pack resealer got them
to believe some stuff was genuine...yeah 5 cards with the WRONG GUM for the year

Update:

Chrissy from Superior called me today after reading my emails. She deleted the 7 or 8 baseball bids and helped me change my log in info.

She was very understanding and more than helpful. A big thumbs up to Chrissy and Superior.

Also a big thank you to the board members who offered support and advice on this issue, both on these boards and thru PM's.
