I'd like to get some opinions on this auction. I'm looking for a nice 63 Fleer set and this one looks pretty nice. Starting bid is $1,000 and the seller only has 5 feedbacks all positive. Would you go for it, or does it look too risky? Thanks for any feedback.null

All low end sells but everyone seemed happy. I wonder why he didn't grade the Checklist since it is by far the highest card. He seems pretty legit. I wouldn't call it a huge gamble but it isn't a lock.

The guy doesn't accept paypal and has no track record/reputation...for that kind of dough, a big gamble.
That's a great set and kind of fun collecting one card at a time since, all and all, cards - PSA graded - come up all the time on ebay.

I agree with Mike. Minty it is a gamble. however with that said maybe you can ask this seller to do an escrow thingy? If not I would pass.

Thanks for all the advice. I think I'll ask him if he'll take paypal and split the fees. That way I'll have at least 200 in insurance and some recourse if he flakes.
