Cancel their bid, then add them to your blocked bidder's list.

You can.

Cancel the bids from the buyer and block them.

Dont know how off hand,shouldnt be too hard.

I believe you can cancel their bid and then place them on your blocked list.

Unless they have a bunch of negs, I wouldn't worry about it. Some bidders just think it protects their privacy.
