Look at these two coins and see if they are not the same coin.
This coin is graded by PCGS as a MS-65 and sold on Heritage for $661.25 on June 8, 2000

Not MS70, as the toning remains.
No surprise someone got an upgrade.
I know that not all green holders get bumped but in this case it was deserved.
