The reverse sure looks like a weak reverse, but the obvserse seems a little too detailed. Definitely looks like someone messed with the color.

The Seller buys error lincolns cents(clips and off-centers)and he also buys the the bulk "unsearched" wheat deals. Bought a few of those. Maybe he got lucky and found this one in one of his purchases.

Even if there is no sign of a mintmark as it came from the mint, this one isn't the highly sought "die pair 2" or "strong reverse." It's one of the other die pairs that have the same problem, yet they are not recognized as the real deal.

This isn't the valuable one. He might be right about his coin being Die Pair 1, but his claims about Red Book prices are for Die Pair 2.
