Anyone know how to view another parties Information? is there a link or do i have to contact paypal and ask.

Im in a dispute now and SELLER is pissed at me because the card hasnt come yet.
Guy has good feedback 500+ with no negs so i guess he feels that he is always right.
Been buying a bunch of graded cards the last few weeks, many worth 100-200 dollars + and this one card worth 35 bucks has not come.
Dude has the balls to accuse me of scamming him for 35 bucks.
Turns out he didnt use DC so i'll get my money back but thats not the issue. Dude is hell bent on leaving me neg feedback now even thought i did nothing wrong.

One of the many flaws in Ebay's feedback system.. Chances are he will not leave feedback until you do so if you get your money back then I would just leave it at that.

yeah i have no intentions of leaving him bad feedback until he started acting crazy. I figured ..hey, maybe the card really did get lost. afterall he had good feedback and chances of him trying to scam me seemed small. SO i was going to give him the benifit of the doubt and not leave any feedback. But now all bets are off.
Your right though, i wont do anything until he does.

well well, now this guys says he is sorry and wont leave me neagative feedback. Guess he slept on it and thought better.
or maybe it was the neg i left him first for his abusive email. Anyhow, its over now. I got my money back and he didnt leave feedback.

He doesn't leave you negative right before the deadline then it's over. He might give you a negative on the last day he can leave feedback.
