at the platinum level. I must say that my expectations are now higher since the cost of subscribing has gone up significantly. I sent in 8 Morgan dollars.

I never sent in my free four submissions when I subscribed to, I believe, the silver level. The year just ended on Mar 3, so my question is; are these four free submissions still good ??

Yes, I had the same issue a year ago. You can email PCGS stating that you just never had anything you wanted to submit until now.
