Who is General Failure, and why is he reading my hard drive?
My initial reaction on all these is that they sure don't have a very high opinion of our intelligence on this side of the pond. I'm trying to decide if my feelings are hurt.

I think it's more likely that the guy does not speak, read, or write a word of English. He's probably using one of those on-line translators from Chinese to English. Spanish, English, French, And German all look the same to Chinese. Kind of like Chinese, Korean, and Japanese look the same to westerners. I suspect all he knows is that he has a western silver coin, and the only one he has ever heard of is the U.S. Trade Dollar.
