Obverse inscription literally says "Remembrance for 25-year honored rule." I'm sorry if the translation is a little clumsy, the phrase on the medal sounds clumsy by today's standards.
I assume the reverse shows a bust of Ferdinand?

A very impressive bust, facing left, of Ferdinand. I am making an educated guess when I say the legend is, "Ferdinand I King of Bulgaria." Also, in small Latin lettering, "R. Marschall Fec."

Marschall is the designer of all silver and gold Bulgarian coins from 1912 through 1916. He is also the guy responsible for turning Ferdinand's head to the left - as opposed to the 1910 issues. This is very useful for quickly spotting 1916 fakes that are actually from 1910 and have had their last digit in the date modified.
