Just received a box of 2001 heritage?

What do I do???? My house is filled with the 05 stuff, and frankly I am losing interest in buying more packs, and getting no autos. I still want to buy 4-5 boosters though, guess I am a sucker for punishment???? SHould I just collate my 05 and open the 01's or wait until the 05's are off my plate, and start on the 01's? Mind You I have "0" 01 heritage in my collection right now.

    Could always sell of that box to fund your purchases of autos/completing your set.

    I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

    I'd sell off the '05s and start buying '01 boxes, ripping them, and selling me the SPs and chromes that I need. Opening just one box won't do much for you unless you hit an autograph or something. You can't complete a base set, let alone SP set. Opening 4 boxes might get you a base set. The cost of simply buying a master set would be less than 2-3 boxes of '01 Heritage. Much less fun, though.

    I also have a box and a half of 04 heritage lying about as well, I have to stop!!!!!!

    why stop at 1 case..buy 5 cases....its the best year of heritage ever....2001 that is.

    Lothar 52 is dead on. Heritage 02-05 are great. The 01 set, in my opinion is the best. The

    red and black backs will drive you nuts, let alone the SPs. I have never forgotten, the absolute

    first pack I opened--- Andy Pafko blue auto. I was hooked!! Craig

    there was some talk about board members splitting a case of 01 heritage. I would be interested if someone could find a decent
    price on it, the only bad thing is it appears that buying in bulk doesn't give you a better price.

    It just seems like yesterday that Craig and I were talking about 01 heritage and working out a deal. Can you believe that
    it has been 4 years since??

    I think we need to bring back the glory days in grand style. I do have extras from 01, no chromes though, but if anyone is looking
    for anything post away. I have quite a few of the low numbered sp's. Its nice to see that people are thinking about possibly doing
    some of the past sets too. If anyone does I don't mind swapping sp's for sp's to get someone close. I personally love the 2002
    set.
