1977 Topps Registry Award...too funny...

I just had to share this. My 1977 Topps Baseball Chicago Cubs team set is titled "The team that blew a 13.5 game lead and finsihed 20 games back"...a very long title, indeed.

As the registry certificates don't allow for this much room, PSA made an executive decision. Let's just tell it like it was...

    Even though I remember watching a ton of games that summer and saw the choke (I think they were 20-25 games over .500 at one point and barely broke even at the end), that really made me laugh.

    That just HAS to be framed image.

    Phil - That is great! Of all the certificates you have received, this is probably the one that deserves to be framed. What a conversation piece! The only question I would have is whether or not you would take it to the Strike Zone on put it on the wall? Frank
