Who is National Numismatic Certification?

I know there is a proliferation of so called "grading services" flying around these days but I've noticed quite a few on E-Bay slabbed by NNC.......National Numismatic Certification. I found their web site and it says they are temporarily closed to accepting submissions because they are moving. Does anybody know anything about their work? How long have they been around...etc...etc.....Thanks, Mike

I have seen a bunch of these polluting ebay lately and hardly ever see the big 3 for anything I am collecting.

Yes it does there is a difference between a rickshaw grading service and a bottom feeder service.

NNC has been around for close to two years now. I first saw tem in August of 2003. They were originally located in MI but I believe they are now relocating down to FL.
