Sorry, I am also Krauseless at the moment, save for the 2004 20th C edition I keep here at work.

Well, I don't know if this will be any help 'cause my 18th Krause is a 2nd edition but it lists your coin in UNC for $90. Yeah, I need a new 18th centuryimage

Edit to add: Er...um...19th century krauseimage

MSD61, I am still using the 2nd edition for the 18th and 19th century coins, and the 1st edition for the 17th century coins, so don't feel too bad!

Is this the one in the picture of the now deceased kitty? It must be a well read and used volume. image

You mean this one? And this Big Kitty?

    image

    image

Nah, that's my old 2002 edition. It went to Tim, I think. ("Phut"). But in case he should be reading this, I should point out that Big Kitty actually spewed on the nearby cover of my (fortunately closed) First Edition 17th century volume, rather than the open 2002 edition she'd just had a little nap on. I still use that 17th C. edition, which I was able to clean. image

    Poor old Big Kitty. *Sigh*

Old age and diabetes finally caught up with her last July.

Her replacement who came along in December is a real sweetheart, though. Maisy the grey kitty is fast becoming my favorite pet. She might even surpass Penny, the famous Light Switch Kitty. And that's really sayin' somethin'.

I am just Thankful that we were blessed with the "before" picture. As for the value of an MS63 1877-A 5 Franc coin... $100 or so.

It's a coin I picked up for no certain reason and I'm thinking of eBaying it. Just wanted to know it's approx. value.

I been takin' a lot of nice sailboat-and-scenery pics, too, but nobody says anything about them.

    Nooo! It's ridicule-LordM-for-being-a-cat-lover day, huh?

Okay. I can live with that, I guess.

What about your cats, are they gay? As you (and your poor dog) well know, I have a gay dog!

(not that there is anything wrong with that)

I don't think my cats are gay.

I worry about the dogs sometimes. (We have two of those now, as well.)

Your dog was a bad influence on my dog.

His dog is VERY gay. It always trys to mount my (male) dog when we visit. Our dog is kinda small and a little sissyfied (heck, he's mostly poodle), but he tries to run away, at least.

One of my little cats is gay. Well, he's been forced to this thing, by the mean old cat in the photo who can't control himself. image

    image

The one on the left is the only female, the other at the top is the gay one. And BTW, I did not take this picture, Phil did. image
