CAN ANYONE HELP ME.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE ABOVE FRO JOY 6 CARD BABE RUTH SET WAS EVER PRODUCED IN COLOUR,I HAVE HEARD SEVERAL DIFFERENT STORIES ON THIS SIDE OF THE POND BUT HOPED SOMEONE IN THE GOOD OLD USA CAN HELP.

    All color Fro Joy's are fake. They were only produced in black and white, during one week in August of '28. Many of the black and white ones being offered are fake as well.
    I had heard that at least 1 of the big 3 grading companies has stopped grading these, but it was a passing comment second hand, so it may not be current. If it is true I'd be very, very careful of any of these, graded or not.

    There's a blue tint black and white out there too - also fake.
