    That actually looks like a decent strike for an "S" mint of the 1860's.

    It does look strange, but it doesn't look that weak. The lighting maybe making it look "wavey" to me, but then again, maybe its just me. What does the obverse look like?

    I echo Mark. Looks like rusty dies. Strike doesnt bother me at all.

    Think i might hold out for an earlier die state or sharper strike.

    There appears to be weakness in the ribbon left of the mint mark, the "I" in dime, and lower part of the "L" in half. There is also detail missing on some of the leaves. So overall I guess you would have to consider it a weak strike, but it still looks good to me (but I'm not a good judge because there are very few coins I don't like).
