    Looks like a 1 in the last digit and I guessed 1921 since a 1941 would be too common for Heritage to sell in such a low grade. Am I right?

    uhmmm...........too common, meaning there are more of these.........and I thought it was an estate find, a rare item..........maybe be a pop 1 coin.

    I wanted to call it a ms67 but thought I would be conservative.

    Here's a PCGS FR02 for comparison. I'd say yours is more worn but I'dstill go with a FR02. I have a raw 17D that's about as worn as yours but I won't submt the coin as I don't think PCGS will give it a PO01......and I'm still looking for a walker that would grade PO01.

    I'd go with FR02, as well.

    I would say no higher than FR02, and based on the strong D mintmark, I would speculate that it's actually a 1941-D.
