What regular issue 20th century coin has the lowest top grade?

Noticed that there are some Buffalo nickels for which MS65 is the highest graded (26-S, 27-S). Is there any 20th century regular-issue coin for which the highest graded coin is only a 64 or less?

I believe there is a $10 gold issue of 1907 (Liberty) that tops out at PCGS MS-64 and $20 Liberty of 1905 and 1907-S that tops out at PCGS MS-64.

The closest a Lincoln comes to a 64 top grade is the 1926s, only 1 in 65rd.

I'm pretty sure the 28S peace dollar tops out at 65. Can't think of one that stops at 64 though.

All coins go up to ms65. The ones that have none higher are...

    Cents 1912-s,1916-s,1918-s,1920-s,1921-s,1923-s,1924-s,1925-s,1926-s,1927-s
    Nickels 26-s,27-s and surprise surprise...1958 and 1962-d!
    I believe that is it!

By the way, if anyone gets a 58 or 62-d nickel in ms66 I'll pay at least $1000 for it (pending the coin being accurately graded with nice luster and strike of course).

Edited to say my list doesn't count gold, for which I know nothing about.

The 26-s penny and nickel are definitely the kings for the worst made/least preserved coins. Rumor is the 65rd 26-s Lincoln has a fingerprint on it. There are maybe as many as 10 pcgs 65rb's. Some of those are pretty nice I think.

I am amazed that, with all the roll collecting going on at the time, that 58 and 62-d Jeffs in 6 are worth that kind of dough.

Boy, there are a lot of Lincolns that top out at 65! Thanks for the responses - it's kind of amazing to me that so many 20th century coins didn't survive in grades over 65. And that's not even factoring in how many have just a single 66.

The 14-S and 15-S $5 Indian both cap at 64 at PCGS, with one example each in 65 at NGC.
