Need a little grading help from the Franklin fans.

This coin belongs to a friend, and he already knows how I grade it, but I don't spend much time with Franklins. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

    Tough one from the picture. Anywhere from AU to 65FBL. Color break on the high points, is it wear? Exceptionally clean from marks, some in the fields. Toning looks like it could have burned the luster. And are those toning spots or carbon spots?
    Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.

    My picture didn't capture the luster but did a good job of picking up the toning. The spots are just toning.

    64 because of the "reeding" marks above the 0 on the obverse in the field. Looks like there are some above the R(down and right of eagle) on the reverse too. It'll make FBL.

    Looks MS64FBL, possible 65. Great looking bell lines from that pic.

    Take a look at the 66FBL that's in an auction that can be linked to from a BST forum thread...that one also has marks. I don't know much about grading Frankies, but I suspect the forum grades them tougher than the services.
