An interesting find by my dad

My dad owns a few rental properties here in Adams County. He is currently renovating a recent home that he purchased. While removing an old mantle, a well worn SLQ fell out from behind it. The only detail seen on the obverse is the top of the shield and part of Miss Liberty's head. The reverse is well worn, but most of the eagle is present.

Tonight he brought out a cigar box full of things he's found over the years when renovating. Included is an 1865 2 center that grades good, 1864 and 1866 Indian head cents both grade good, a 1946 WLH XF, several XF Buffalo nickels.

The most interesting find, is a campaign button from Teddy Roosevelts election, and another one that says elect Dewey. Pretty cool stuff.
