How does PSA grade 1980 Topps hockey cards with the black stuff scratched off? I'm rather surprised this one got a 7... LINK

    I'm surprised also. Usually a raw scratched brings half book.

    I would've thought that psa would consider it altered as it
    didn't come from Topps that way. Based on this example
    a 10 could also be scratched off.
