Does eBay or Paypal credit sellers when refunds are given?

If a buyer paid you through Paypal then requested a refund.Is there a process through eBay or Paypal that credits back the seller? Or are you out that money?

Yes if you issue a refund through paypal (same screen as the payment) they will credit your account. If you use the send money tab, you're SOL!
