honest mistake(s)?

The 1928 peace dollar is slabbed as AU55.

The seller calls it Uncirculated in the prefilled info and AU58 in the title.

Am I being too critical here?

    I think anal is a better description.

    He has other AU Peace dollars that do not have the "Mint State" in description....probably a brain fart.

    I've been accused of that before. It goes hand-in-hand with being a scientist.
    The sort of "mistakes" in that auction would get me fired in a heartbeat if I made them in a DNA report.
