Tiger's most desirable rookie card would be...

the tall-boy GSV gold foil in PSA 10. Just a classier, rarer card... not even sure PSA has one in a 10 holder...

The SI for kids just doesn't do it for me, sorry; I cringe everytime I see Tiger's HUGE upper chiklets overbiting onto his lower lip... I think the value on them will continue to slide as well.

I flat out ignore the UD issues, I hardly consider any of those to be his RC.

He'll win at least 1 major this year imo, and it will reignite interest in his cards...

  • GSV Gold Foils and SI for kids will be Tiger's most desirable card IMO. I think down the road his gold foil will be worth the most. It is much more rarer and I also think it looks nicer.

Without question it is the 2001 sp authentic autographed rookie in my opinion. The GSV look nice but have more of a cult following and are not considered a true rookie card by many.

  • The 2001 SPA rc/900 is by far his most desirable: relatively low-numbered, auto'd by tiger himself, with the best card brand in the hobby. The look of this card just oozes class and desirability. Who would not like to own a card. Imagine if someone actually cornered this card in gem mint condition!! The GSV and SI versions were way overproduced. GSV went out of business, and I heard there was a warehouse full of their cases that were peddled away. The SI card is not really a prototypical card, but an actual cut-out from a magazine, and there are millions out there. It is not hard to decide which is best.

the guys who want to ignore the UD RC's are the ones who got sucked in buying all the garbage that came before.....rare only
because of grade. Real collectors want ink, and that means only one card....01 SPA
