    LOL THANKS!!! Tried the paint program.....it doesnt recognize the file. Won't open it. Says not a bitmap. Told it "all files". Guess it doesnt like me.

    change the properties of the photo to BMP. image

    or SAVE AS BMP in the program you use primarily

    Not working. It wont let me change it to a bitmap. I cant get rid of the jpg at the end of the name.
