Anyone else having trouble calling PCGS?

I've been trying since last Thursday 20-30 times and their 1-800 number is always busy. I've emailed them but response could be a few days. I've never had this much trouble getting through. Just wondered if anyone knows why....
Whatever you do, have a good time doing it.

    Ok,

    Here's a clue......

This is the 3rd such thread on this in the last 2 weeks, so, I would say the answer is YES.
If you are using the 800 number, they are busy.

So, if you REALLY want to get in touch with them, call their toll number. I did. It got answered almost immediately. I was helped and off the line in 3 minutes (all questions answered).
So, it doesn't cost that much. Heck, use your cell phone to call it as most cell plans have free long distance, right?

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

  • OK, thanks for info. I wondered if this was in a previous thread but all keywords I tried searching with came up zippo. I'll try their toll #.

I don't remember the 2nd thread (who originated it) but the first one I remember was clackamas....I replied in that one.
I don't remember the keywords...whether it was "call", "calling", "toll", etc.
