Lebron James Ultra Rookie Card Question

I've been away from the hobby quite a while now...but what is the difference in BV for the Ultra Lebron Rookie Card #171 and The Lucky 13 Card #171. Beckett/PSA list vaules for the card but I assume it is only for the Lucky 13 card and not the regular lebron rookie cardd #171.

Card #171 *IS* the Lucky 13. There are parallels off of it, but the James RC and the Lucky 13 are the same card.

I think Im still confused.

I have seen cards like this:

and cards like this: No Lucky 13

and cards like this: Lucky 13

But is seems the Lucky 13 sells for so much more than the non Lucky 13...
