I have a subscription to Coins magazine and have for a few years now.

Was thinking might get another magazine.

Any suggestions on what is good and so forth?

How many subscriptions you have?

As an ANA member, I get the Numismatist, but I don't read any other coin periodicals. I find much better and more timely information online.

Numismatic News is the only one I have. I like because its weekly and seems to keep me informed in general. Also list upcoming coin shows. I have never really found another coin magazine that I would spend money on when so much info is available on-line.

I have a subscription to Coin World (not a magazine but a newspaper), and had Coinage magazine for a number of years. I liked Coinage, but finally dropped the subscription because I was receiving the magazine later and later in the mail. It got to the point where I could read the entire magazine, at either Borders or Barnes and Nobel, before it was delivered to my house. The newspapers, CoinWorld and Numismatic News, are weekly publications and would give you something to read and look forward to every week.

I get Coin World, weekly, with the once a month Coin Values supplement. I like the articles in both. I usually trash Coin World after reading through but Values has some nice grading articles with large photos of the coins so I keep those.

Sometimes I pick up a newsstand CoinAge if there are articles that interest me.

If you don't get coin world I think it is well worth the money. It's got some good articles every week,letters from collectors,coin show listings and a lot of adds from dealers and a back section selling and advertising from a variety of sources that can be informative.You also get trends once a month.It's the only mag I get with all the online info.

I get both CW and NN - two doses of coin news every week! Plus the ANA magazine Numismatist.
