Does DLRC's "5% off sales" affect your purchases?

I tend to buy a lot of my more common stuff from DLRC's website (nothing very expensive; just things that catch my eye). I noticed that they have monthly "5% off sales" on coins. This month there are discounts on gold. Does this impact your purchasing decisions in any way? I tend to buy what I like, no matter whether it is "on sale" or not. What does everyone else think?

Only once or twice as they where what I wanted anyway. Same with me, it was common material to put into my set or something that hits me just right. My icon, a NGC 1947 - D MS64, was a 5% discount item that I got a couple years ago along with a 1945 Walker.

if i was buying the only thing that would affect me not buying is the coin is not an amazing superlative killer eye appealing special coin with extraspecial qualities and attributes

Longacre: thanks for the help with market research! I'm not sure if it changes people's buying behavior, but it's an extra added bonus and may perhaps get someone off the fence. Keep in mind, we run 5% off EVERYTHING in April and November.

I have purchased one coin from DLRC, no discount. I did bid last night on an item. My bid was the only bid, just below reserve price, no winners. Received an email to buy the coin at reserve price but declined. Reserve price three times higher than what I can get via Heritage Auction.
