I just got one in the mail I bought off of Ebay and the capsule and vinyl pouch is slightly different from the 2004 and 2005. Did the mint change packaging?

    Yes - they have changed the pouch and holder several times thru the years.

    I'd have to go to the vault to see how many times and when (it wasn't quite as often as the wind blows, but it was not far from it).
