I just found out that Heritage won't contact the previous owner of a coin and have them delete it from their PCGS registry set. It's not their problem. Do other auction houses do this? I expected them to be a little more helpful in this matter.

I'd rather it wasn't an issue at all. In my opinion, Heritage should include this as part of the sales process for coins they receive on consignment.
