Neat find Mark. Looks like one is 54a.3 and the other is 53a.4. There should be a differeence in the Arabic 5 on the other sides too.
Those are brass 5 millims, not piastres as labeled. Are they in a Franklin Mint card?

Yea Franklin Mint Cards. Just bought a whole bunch of them and found them. Coins are brass
