Hockey/Gretzky collectors... what are these and how much are they worth?

I came across these at a show today, the guy I bought them from has tons of random stuff like this, he said these were only distributed in Canada. I don't know the year, but guessing circa 1982 because the set includes Stasney & Francis. I do not have a complete set, I bought every sheet he had, card #'s 1-2, 6-10, 12-21. Any help is appreciated.

They came out in 1983-84. They're not particularly scarce, I think I've seen a set in the $25 range.
